Senior Downsizing

Remaking a new life and downsizing can be both exciting and challenging at the same time. Many seniors have been in their homes for over 30 years. The accumulation of treasured items is often difficult to part with and can be overwhelming.  The goal is to make the transition as stress-free as possible. Helping you to decide which items will be kept, sold, given away, donated or discarded is a part of the process. Measuring each room in your new home will be the first step to ensure your furnishings and decor will accommodate the space. Suggestions can also be made for which avenues of selling items may work best, based on their value.

Estate Cleanout

Diane Sainte Marie has a BA in organizational management, and was founder and director of a home school organization for 10 years which gave her many opportunities to plan, organize, and implement various programs. In addition, she has taught children with specials needs, counseled people with addictions, and coached couples. She recognizes that every facet of life requires organizational skills, adjustments, and flexibility to bring harmony and quality of life.

Throughout her life, she has taken leadership positions that have required a mission and vision to bring about change from beginning to end. Including taking on the challenge to oversee the building of her house and drawing her own scaled floor plans. Little did she know this would prepare her for space-planning and home staging in her future business.

Diane has spent her life helping family and friends during times of transition including downsizing and moving her aging parents from Florida to Kentucky. She eventually became their primary caregivers later in life, all the while utilizing her organizational skills.

As a professional organizer, Diane seeks to help people reclaim their space for what it’s intended to be. She has a passion for empowering others to create personal goals of clutter-free and organized spaces, thereby improving their lifestyle and creating an atmosphere that restores their soul. Her clients describe her as sensitive, non-judgemental, energetic, intuitive, and action- oriented.
